The Center for Violence Prevention and Self Defense (CVPSD) is excited to announce an upcoming violence prevention and self-defense training class specifically designed for seniors. This one-of-a-kind class will be held on November 11, 2024, at the Robert Wood Johnson Fitness & Wellness Center in Hamilton, NJ.
