It incorporates elements of hand-to-hand combat, grappling, and defensive tactics, providing Defendu is a versatile skill for close-range encounters and self-defense in confined spaces.

• Jiu Jitsu: Jiu Jitsu is a grappling-based martial art that focuses on ground fighting and submission techniques. Jiu Jitsu offers proficiency in controlling opponents, escaping unfavorable positions, and applying joint locks and chokeholds to neutralize threats.

• Krav Maga: Krav Maga is a self-defense system developed for the Israeli military, emphasizing practical techniques for real-world scenarios.
